Delivery and Returns

Important:

The return period is 14 business days. Products must be packaged as they were sent to you, with labels and packaging undamaged, and sent to us for return. Products sent for return are approved after being examined if they comply with the procedure. Products that do not comply with the specified procedure are shipped back to the buyer.

Products sent for return are inspected by the production and the source of damage is clearly determined and reported. Therefore, damages caused while trying the product can be clearly detected and return requests resulting from these damages will not be approved.

GENERAL:

  • If you place an order electronically through the website you are using, you are deemed to have accepted the preliminary information form and the distance sales contract presented to you.
  • When the product reaches you, it is recommended that you record a video from the moment you receive the product. This video can be used in the event of a dispute regarding the condition of the product during the return process. Once the product is returned to us by cargo, it will be inspected and submitted for approval.
  • Shipping costs for returns and exchanges will be paid by the buyer.
  • Each purchased product is delivered to the address indicated by the buyer, provided that it does not exceed the legal period of 30 days. If the product is not delivered within this period, the buyer may terminate the contract. All product transfer/transportation fees, except for errors not caused by the manufacturer, are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • In case of arbitrary returns (such as dislike, size incompatibility, etc.), the shipping costs are covered by the buyer.

IF THE PRICE FOR THE PURCHASED PRODUCT IS NOT PAID:

If the buyer does not pay the price of the product purchased or cancels it in the bank records, the seller's obligation to deliver the product ends.

PURCHASES MADE WITH UNAUTHORIZED USE OF A CREDIT CARD:

If, after the product is delivered, it is determined that the credit card used by the buyer for payment has been used unfairly by unauthorized persons and the price of the product sold is not paid to the seller by the relevant bank or financial institution, the buyer must return the product subject to the contract to the seller within 3 days, with the shipping costs being borne by the seller.

IF THE PRODUCT CANNOT BE DELIVERED ON TIME DUE TO UNFORSE REASONS:

If force majeure reasons that the seller cannot foresee occur and the product cannot be delivered on time, the situation will be notified to the buyer. The buyer may request the cancellation of the order, replacement of the product with a similar one, or postponement of delivery until the obstacle is eliminated. If the buyer cancels the order; if the payment was made in cash, this fee will be paid to the buyer in cash within 14 days of the cancellation. If the buyer made the payment by credit card and canceled, the product fee will be returned to the bank within 14 days of the cancellation. However, it is possible for the bank to transfer the amount to the buyer's account within 2-3 weeks.

BUYER'S OBLIGATION TO CHECK THE PRODUCT:

The Buyer shall inspect the goods/services subject to the contract before receiving them; shall not accept from the cargo company any damaged or defective goods/services such as crushed, broken, torn packaging, etc. The goods/services received shall be deemed to be undamaged and intact. The Buyer shall protect the goods/services with care after delivery. If the right of withdrawal is to be exercised, the goods/services shall not be used.

RETURN CONDITIONS:

  • The seller is obliged to return the total price and the documents that bind the buyer to the debt within 10 days at the latest from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal and to take back the goods within 20 days.
  • If the value of the goods decreases or return becomes impossible due to a reason caused by the buyer's fault, the buyer is obliged to compensate the seller for the damages in proportion to his fault. However, the buyer is not responsible for any changes or deteriorations that occur due to improper use of the goods or product during the right of withdrawal period.
  • If the amount falls below the campaign limit set by the seller due to the exercise of the right of withdrawal, the discount amount used within the scope of the campaign will be cancelled.
  • The buyer accepts, declares and undertakes that if the buyer defaults in the payment transactions made by credit card, he/she will pay interest within the framework of the credit card agreement between the cardholder and the bank and will be liable to the bank. In this case, the relevant bank may resort to legal means; it may demand the expenses and attorney fees that will arise from the buyer and in any case, if the buyer defaults due to his/her debt, the buyer accepts that he/she will pay the damages and losses incurred by the seller due to the delayed payment of the debt.
